Products
Everything you can sell, in one list, with prices, stock, photos and delivery times.
What it does
Products is one list for all your items. A product can come from your Meta catalogue, from an Excel file, or be added by hand. The Source column shows which.
Every product has a product code. Customers can type the code in a chat to order it, so the code is important.

How to use it
- Open Products. Search by name or product code. Filter by source, category or stock.
- To add one product, press Add product. Fill in the code, name, category, price, and if you like a sale price, size, colour, group code, delivery time and picture link. Press Save product.
- To add many, press Download template, fill in the Excel file (the Categories sheet first), then press Import Excel. Check the result first. Nothing is saved until you press Import.
- Click a row to open a product. You can type a delivery time, add a photo, or delete the product.
- Tick several products to set their delivery time or category together, or delete them.
- Press Categories to see and manage your one list of categories.
- Press Import history to see every Excel import and download its problem rows.
Example for a business
A mobile accessories shop
A shop with 300 items downloads the Excel template, fills in the codes, names, prices and the category for each cover and charger, and imports the file. Eleven rows have a wrong price format. The shop downloads the problem file, fixes those rows and imports it again. Rows that were already fine are only updated, not doubled.
Good to know
- A product code uses letters, numbers, dot, underscore or hyphen only, and cannot be changed later.
- Products from Meta are read only here. Change their name, price, stock, category and photo in Meta, then press Sync now. You can still type a delivery time for them.
- An Excel import accepts .xlsx files up to 4 MB and 1000 rows. The same product code again updates that product. The file never deletes a product.
- An empty cell in the file leaves the saved value as it is.
- You can have up to 100 categories. A category that Meta brought in cannot be changed here.
- A photo must be JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB.
- Only the Owner and Admin can change products. Old orders keep their own copy of the name and price.
