Appearance and login
Choose how WAGenie looks for you, change your password, and sign out of every device.
What it does
Appearance sets the mode (light or dark) and the accent colour. It is saved on the device you use, and it changes the app as soon as you pick.
Login and security lets you change your password and sign out of every device where you are logged in.

How to use it
- Open Settings and choose Appearance.
- Choose Light or Dark under Mode.
- Pick an accent colour. The choices are Violet, Emerald, Cobalt, Amber and Rose.
- To change your password, open Settings and choose Login & security. Enter your current password, then the new one twice, and press Update password.
- To sign out everywhere, press Sign out of all devices under Active sessions and confirm.
- To change your name, photo or email, open Settings and choose Your profile.
- If you forget your password, press Forgot password on the login page.
Example for a business
A courier service
A dispatcher works at night and chooses Dark mode and the Amber accent. When a team member loses their laptop, the owner asks them to open Login & security and press Sign out of all devices, then change the password.
Good to know
- Appearance is saved to your device only, not to the account. Other people see their own choice.
- A password needs at least 8 characters. You stay signed in on this device after changing it.
- Signing out everywhere signs out this device too, and you log in again.
- Changing your email needs both the old and the new address to confirm it.
- A profile photo can be PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB.
