Orders and money Buy now offers
Buy now offers
Link a button in an approved offer template to a product or a fixed offer, so one tap makes the order.
What it does
A Buy now offer connects a template button to something to sell. When a customer taps the button, WAGenie makes the order and sends the Pay now message.
The offer can be a product from your catalogue, or a fixed offer with its own name and price.
Where to find it

How to use it
- Create a template with a Quick Reply button in Settings, Templates and wait for Meta to approve it.
- Open Settings and choose Orders. Find Buy now offers.
- Press Link another offer and choose the approved template.
- Choose what a tap orders: Product from catalogue (type the product code and the quantity) or Fixed offer (type an offer name and a price).
- Press Link offer.
- Send the template in a broadcast. A tap on the button makes the order.
Example for a business
A stationery shop
A stationery shop sends a template: This week only, the diary with a free pen. The button says Buy now. It is linked to a fixed offer named Diary with free pen at a set price. Customers who tap it get a payment link at once.
Good to know
- One button starts one offer. A template with two offers under one button must be split into two templates.
- Only templates that are approved and have a quick reply button can be linked.
- A fixed offer name can have up to 80 characters. The customer sees this name. The price must be within your order limits.
- A catalogue product always takes its price from the catalogue. If it is out of stock or has no price, no link is sent and your team is told.
- A second tap on the same offer, while the first order is still waiting for payment, makes no second order.
- The price is copied onto each order, so changing it later never changes an old order.
- Only the Owner can link or remove offers.
