Orders and money Order lookup

Order lookup

Let customers ask where their order is and get an answer about their own orders by themselves.

What it does

When a customer asks where their order is, or types an order number, WAGenie replies with the details of their own orders. No person has to answer.

It uses only the orders of the number that wrote. Someone else’s order number is answered like a missing one.

Where to find it

How to use it

  1. Open Settings and choose Orders. Find Order lookup.
  2. Switch on Answer order questions automatically.
  3. Type a Standard delivery text, for example: We deliver within 5 to 7 working days after payment. Press Save delivery text.
  4. For a single product, type a Delivery time on the product. See Products.
  5. For a single order, type a Delivery note on the order page.

Example for a business

A craft business

A customer writes: where is my order? The lookup finds her two paid orders. For the first, the owner has written a delivery note: Dispatched on 4 Oct with Delhivery. For the second it uses the product’s delivery time. She gets both answers in one message.

Good to know

  • What the customer is told about delivery comes from, in this order: the delivery note on the order, the delivery time on the product, then the standard delivery text.
  • A delivery note, a delivery time and the standard text can each be up to 200 characters.
  • These rules are fixed and are not settings: one number can ask 3 times in 24 hours, a reply never gives another number’s order, and it never makes an order or a payment link.
  • When the AI auto reply is on, it is also told this customer’s own order details. Turning the lookup switch off stops that too.
  • Only the Owner can switch it on or off.
